This ecumenical group of men gathers twice a month for a brief devotion, delicious breakfast, and meaningful fellowship.
The group donated $600 to the Counting Sheep ministry this fall.
"The Counting Sheep program is a volunteer-led non-profit initiative that builds and delivers free beds and bedding to children who do not have a bed of their own.
Eligible Ages: Children and youth ages 3 to 17.
Serves parts of Iowa, including Chariton, Knoxville, Lucas, Marion, Wayne, and portions of Decatur and Clarke counties, as well as the PCM (Prairie City-Monroe) School District."
Both Chariton and Corydon have active members assisting with building bed frames, delivery, and set-up.
